{"id":271,"date":"2018-07-07T23:12:13","date_gmt":"2018-07-07T20:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agrovet.com.ua\/?post_type=product&#038;p=271"},"modified":"2026-06-02T20:43:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T17:43:42","slug":"dezkovrik-plyus","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/agrovet.com.ua\/en\/product\/dezkovrik-plyus\/","title":{"rendered":"Disinfecting mat &#8220;Premium class&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h4>Improved quality:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The internal mat of special strength absorbs more of the solution.<\/li>\n<li>Special reinforcing edge protects external seams and does not allow spillage of dehydration.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced manufacturing technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Disinfection mats Premium class are represented by three layers:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The top layer consists of an improved new generation of dense awning fabric having a higher resistance to wear.<\/li>\n<li>A characteristic and distinctive factor of the disinfecting mat Premium class is the presence of a five-centimeter top edge, located along the perimeter, protecting against unwanted factors of exploitation and increasing the period of use made of a more wear-resistant high-strength waterproof and thermostable tent material.<\/li>\n<li>The middle layer is represented by a more improved mat, which has extremely pronounced adhesive properties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The disinfectants consist of 3 layers:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>The first layer is a fine, strong mesh (PVC).<\/li>\n<li>The inner layer is a dense mat of special strength, having a high absorption effect.<\/li>\n<li>The third &#8211; the lower and side parts &#8211; high-quality waterproof material of special durability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Disinfecting mats Premium class &#8211; profitable purchase<\/h4>\n<p>The main differences between Disinfection mats Premium class from the rest are the presence of a denser and more durable inner mat absorbing more disinfectant, as well as the presence of an outer edge (edging) made of durable PVC fabric that protects the outer seams from damages located not along the edges, mats, and the top. Also, the outer edge prevents pouring and leakage of the disinfectant around the edges of the disinfect, which allows you to save a significant amount of disinfectant per month. <\/p>\n<p>   To verify the economic efficiency, control comparisons were made in real production conditions.  To do this, 90 economy class mats of third-party manufacturers, 90 Agrovet mats and an experienced group of 90 premium class mats.<br \/>\nAnalysis of the results of comparison showed the following results:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The economy of the disinfectant in the premium mats compared to the mats of the economy was 10% and compared to the rugs of third-party manufacturers &#8211; 19.8%!<\/li>\n<li>The time of use before the appearance of obvious damages and replacement for premium mats was up to 730 days (depending on the intensity of use), Agrovet economical rugs &#8211; 312-405 days, for rugs of third-party manufacturers &#8211; only 121-201 days.
