Installation is used for disinfection of vehicles entering the territory of the enterprise. The structure of the plant is installed both in existing transport passages equipped with a pit-type safety barrier (closed or open), and in unequipped.<\/p>\n
Transport processing is fully automatic. It is possible to use the installation for disinfection of vehicles in the “winter” operating mode at minus temperature. Winter mode of use is equipped with a self-regulating heating element, which prevents the frame and jets from freezing.<\/p>\n

To automate the process of processing vehicles, the delivery package includes a photocell placed in front of the disarmer. When a car appears in the photocell pickup zone with a delay at the set time, the pump automatically turns on, thus causing the disinfection barrier to go into operation.<\/p>\n
When the sensor passes without delay, the dezbar does not turn on, allowing the vehicle to pass without processing. After the passage of the disinfection barrier by the truck, the photocell is activated and automatically switches off the defrost.<\/p>\n

The economic effect of automatic disinfection of cars: for example: a car is processed for 4-5 seconds. at a working solution consumption of 0.53 liters, the cost is 3-5 kopecks; wagon is processed in 7-10 seconds. at a cost of 19-25 kopecks. (depending on the cost of disinfectant).<\/p>\n
Advantages of this installation<\/strong>: Due to the high pressure of the finely dispersed atomizer, the nozzles of the solution provide a low consumption of the substance. For a minimum period of time, a large and inaccessible surface is disinfected. Also, this installation makes it possible not to make pits, plums and releases staff from labor-intensive maintenance, which is of no small importance for the enterprise. Furthermore, the human factor is eliminated when working disinfecting barrier.<\/p>\n

- The two-nozzle system consists of two injectors with an injection angle of 120 \u00b0 C with a capacity of 3.5-4.0 l \/ min and a high-pressure pump at 160 barg with a capacity of 8 liters \/ min. 2.2 kW engine – 2 phases (Italy production).<\/li>\n
- The 6 nozzle system consists of 6 powerful injectors with an injection angle of 120 \u00b0 C with a capacity of 3-3.5 liters \/ minute (manufactured in Germany) and a metal frame (dimensions as agreed by the customer) with 6 nozzles along the perimeter of the frame, pump capacity 22 l \/ min with electric motor 6 kW 3 phases.<\/li>\n
