Installation is used for disinfection of vehicles entering the territory of the enterprise. The structure of the plant is installed both in existing transport passages equipped with a pit-type safety barrier (closed or open), and in unequipped.

Transport processing is fully automatic. It is possible to use the installation for disinfection of vehicles in the “winter” operating mode at minus temperature. Winter mode of use is equipped with a self-regulating heating element, which prevents the frame and jets from freezing.

Standard delivery set:

  1. Frame or racks of steel with nozzles.
  2. Container for disinfectant from 100-1000 l.
  3. High pressure pump with electric drive.
  4. Automatic and power control cabinet.
  5. Motion sensors.

In agreement with the customer, the installation is possible with the lower and upper nozzles, also with the presence of a ramp.

To automate the process of processing vehicles, the delivery package includes a photocell placed in front of the disarmer. When a car appears in the photocell pickup zone with a delay at the set time, the pump automatically turns on, thus causing the disinfection barrier to go into operation.

When the sensor passes without delay, the dezbar does not turn on, allowing the vehicle to pass without processing. After the passage of the disinfection barrier by the truck, the photocell is activated and automatically switches off the defrost.

Advantages of this installation: Due to the high pressure of the finely dispersed atomizer, the nozzles of the solution provide a low consumption of the substance.   • Photocells (control sensors).
  • A reservoir for a disinfectant with a liquid level sensor and can be equipped with an automatic supply of a disinfectant solution.
  • Software module, control panel and power supply unit.

Short description

The system is installed and configured by a qualified employee and is fully automatic.

The system consists of:

  • Storage tank with built-in minimum level sensor, as well as with water supply and pump outlet valves.
  • Pump, complete with electric motor.
  • The control unit, which includes a power module and a control module.
  • Frame with 4 electric and 2 mechanical valves, 6 nozzles.
  • Racks with sensors.
  • Connecting hoses and cables.

Capacity

In the tank is embedded drain for supplying the solution to the pump, the tap is used to turn off the supply of the solution to the unit, and also for the possibility of servicing the cleaning filter. The level sensor serves to monitor the minimum residual liquid in the container.

Method of service:

  1. Disable thae installation and / or switch it to manual mode.
  2. Cover (pour) the concentrate into the container through the neck from the calculation for 300 liters of water.
  3. Close the tap.
  4. Fill the tank to the maximum level (drainage level) without overflowing.
  5. Open the tap.
  6. Enable the installation and (or) switch it to automatic mode.

Attention!!!

It is forbidden to turn on the unit with the tap closed.

Do not immerse objects in the container.

Do not operate the container at negative temperatures, if the base of the solution is subject to freezing.

For storage at negative temperatures, the liquid must be drained.

Pump

The installation is switched on and off by the main switch.

When turned on, the green lamp lights up.

КраThe red lamp lights up only in case of insufficient level of liquid in the container. (the installation does not turn on, but the power lamp is on)

Attention!!!

Do not operate the unit at negative temperatures, if the base of the solution is subject to freezing. Do not disconnect the connectors if the installation is on.

If the unit is not to be used during the negative temperature period, it is necessary:

  1. Close the tap.
  2. Switch the setting to manual control mode.
  3. Disconnect pump inlet and outlet.
  4. Switch on the pump for no longer than 3 seconds.
  5. Disable installation.
  6. Take measures to seal the inlet and outlet of the pump to prevent foreign matter from entering.

The pump uses motor oil SAE 15W-40.

The first oil change must be performed after 50 hours of operation.

The next replacement should take place every 300 hours of operation.

Module

The control module does not require maintenance.
